Zimikand Pickle
The Himalayan Earth Treasure
Discover the rich, meaty texture and rustic charm of our Zimikand Pickle. Also known as Elephant Foot Yam, this root vegetable is a prized staple in the Mandi District, celebrated for its ability to absorb the deep, robust flavours of mountain spices.
Product Overview
Produced by Hillthrill Agro Processor Private Limited in the pristine Kamrunag Valley, our Zimikand Pickle is a labour of time and tradition. In our Badhoo facility, we use a specialized low-intervention curing process to transform the dense, earthy yam into a tender, flavour-packed delicacy that carries the authentic "Exotic Pahari Sward."
